DJ and Dance from 8 pm to 11 pm

Our DJ, Bill Goode, will be playing: R&B for West Coast & East Coast Swing, Rumba, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Night Club Two Step, Country Two Step, Fox Trot, Hustle, and taking requests.

"Serious" appetizers will be served. No smoke and no alcohol event.

Tickets Purchase By Mail: Send self-addressed, stamped envelope and check payable to Melissa Carr at 510 E. Cherokee Court , Woodstock , GA 30188.

Ticket Purchase In Person: See Nancy Newell at FBCW 40+ Singles 8:10 am Sunday School Class in Building B, Basement. Tickets are also available in the FBCW church office, 770-926-4428, Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday mornings from 8:00 to 12:00 noon, see Linda Holland.

Deadline for Talent Show signup WAS June 7. Talent performers signed up include Local Motion Dance Team, singer Babs Hawks (Ms Senior Arizona 2002), Comedian Jason Groves, and ATA Black Belt Academy Marital Artists.

    I AM NORA AND A NIGERIAN, I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO BE IN THE MEETING,BUT DUE TO I DON'T RESIDE IN ATLANTA, THAT WOULD DEPRIVE ME OF THE MEETING. I WILL PRAY FOR THE SUCESSE OF THE MEETING SINCE I CANNOT MAKE IT TO ATLANTA.I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST. YOURS MEMBER NORA.

Who attended?

    • “ The talent show was great! Everybody did a wonderfull job. The ladies were very nice about dancing with me and they were very friendly and polite even though am kinda clumsy and not the most attractive man in the world. My heart was a little broken because of being rejected by a lady I really liked and all of the sweet ladies there really helped me get over it. David Grant ”
    • “ This was a wonderful dance. Nancy did an excellent job. I so glad people were able to come out and have fun. The karate kids in the talent show were great. ”
    • “ I had a great time, even though I could only dance to a few songs... I have a hurt shoulder so I couldn't really dance tonight. It seems that it's the over 50 crowd that mostly attends, and I'd like to see more of the 30ish and 40ish crowd attend the dances too. The music was pretty good, although some of the lyrics to a few of the songs the D.J. played are very sexually suggestive and aren't really appropriate. ”
